Enjoy the classic coastal charm of this one of a kind direct oceanfront compound! Rented on a Sunday to Sunday basis (3 night minimums in the off-season!) and boasting 5 bedrooms-each with their own bathroom in the main house and 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, bathroom and kitchenette in the guest apartment, wonderful Oceanfront private pool, a sundeck that allows you to enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic and its broad sandy beaches, large open concept great room on the 2nd floor with bar area and expansive Ocean views, commercial ice maker, private elevator in the main house, 2 laundry rooms, 3 dishwashers, 3 refrigerators, a refreshing outside shower, ample parking and a path to the beach with foot bath. Just a short walk to the southern end of the boardwalk to enjoy all the attractions and fine dining in town. Perfect spot for family reunions! 4 car parking in driveway.
Pool openings are not guaranteed in the off season, please confirm with your agent.
NO BEACH WEEK OR GRADUATION CELEBRATIONS ARE PERMITTED. GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE ( FOR VRBO RENTALS).
