  • Located In a very quiet residential neighborhood close to the beach (1.6Miles), outlets (1/3Mile).
    Restaurants and super markets within 1 mile. Hiking/biking trail is a block away (bring your bikes).

    **Maximum 2 adults and 2 minors.

    This is a NON SMOKING home.
    There are 5 steps spreading out from ground to basement level (see photos)

    One bedroom (1 Queen, 2 Twin) in the basement with private entrance from lower level of the house. Large private bathroom and Control Your own central AC.
    There are Microwave oven ,Toaster oven,coffee maker , a refrigerator and dining table of four .
    Cooking Not allowed.

    HD TV with Netflix.
    2 beach chairs.

    Minimum 2 nights required to book.

    Check in time 4 pm
    Check out time 10:30am

    ***Owners (2) live on the upper floor with a quiet and friendly dog.
