Clean and comfortable

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this property. This is something very important to me and this property exceeded my expectations in that area. Furniture was comfortable, property provides everything you need (including beach chairs and towels) and communication with the property owner was excellent. My family and I had a great time!

Great Place, Great Location

The condo was very nice and clean. Location was fantastic with restaurants and shopping nearby. Bus to the beach picked up right out front. Owner was easily reachable and communicated well. Great overall experience!

Great condo! Will definitely come back

It was our first time visiting Rehoboth beach and we were in love. We enjoyed staying in the “seduced by the sea” condo! Everything was clean, organized and inviting . The beach chairs were a huge plus as well as the kitchen and size of the bedrooms.

Great Vacation

Property is exactly as advertised. Perfect location. Extremely clean. Close to everything. The pool area is never crowded and extremely relaxing. Property manager extremely attentive and took care of any concerns we had asap. Would highly recommend.

Nice Place - Great Location!

This place was very clean and spacious! The location was perfect - short drive to Rehoboth Beach and we could walk to the outlets! Everything we needed - grocery store, liquor store, restaurants... - was close by! Communication with the host was fast and easy! Instructions were clear - definitely read them - 3rd floor walk up - no elevator and bring your own sheets/towels! We would definitely stay here again!

Great Family Trip

This was a great & memorable family getaway- Rosa was responsive and helpful! The condo was located perfectly and close to everything. It was clean, well stocked, and even had Bonus things we were able to use- like games, beach chairs, beach towels/ etc. I truly couldn’t think of anything else we could have needed! Thanks for being amazing hosts- we hope to stay again in future!

I wish i could give 10 stars!

Everything was perfect! We traveled from Louisiana to see family in Delaware and it was such a great experience! Very clean, well stocked and percect location! We enjoyed the outlets, the restruants and the beach! The condo had beach chairs that were perfect because we didnt have our own! We really enjoyed ourselves and the pool on the off days we didnt go to the beach really made for a great trip! Thanks again and we cant wait to come back!

Great stay

The condo was perfect for our 2 adults and 3 teens. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need if you choose to eat meals in. The king bed in the master suite was very comfortable. The queen bed was great for 2 girls but the blue little couch in the room was not comfortable, so the 3rd teen used the pull out sofa in the living room. Great screened in porch and patio. Girls walked to the outlets on the rainy day and the beach is super close by car. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Rehoboth Home

This condo was absolutely lovely and so many thoughtful items stocked. Clearly Dennis and Rosa want to make sure that you really feel it is a home away from home. The place was spotless cleaned and the decor modern and lovely. The beds were so comfortable that we ended up buying the same mattress the day we left! The condo is located near to everything and there's plenty to do right there too between the gorgeous porch and the pool that is right around the corner. The only negative was that there was only 1 bed in the 2nd bedroom - if my kids got along it would be no problem, but we ended up just using the couch and Rosa texted me back immediately to let me know where the linens were for that, so the problem was solved by the owners in minutes. Even without the other bed, we are planning to come back as soon as we can! The owners are delightful, the place is beautiful - if you are thinking of booking here, do so with confidence!

The property is perfectly located in Rehobath Beach and not far from Ocean City either! Easy access to shopping, food (groceries or eating eat), mini golf, beaches... you name it, you can find it. Very relaxing - highly recommend!

Great location, great pool, and the house is pristine with everything and anything you will need for your stay, whether you will be cooking and elaborate 6 course meal with wine pairings (and there are plenty of wine water, including flutes), or need chairs and towels for the beach.Beds and mattresses were on point!Rosa was very responsive and extremely helpful before,and during our stay.We will for sure be back!!
