Mar Bella is an adults-only, 10-room boutique hotel providing amazing and unique beach stays at the best price. With luxurious, tastefully decorated rooms and amazing spa amenities, Mar Bella has everything you and your party need to truly get the most out of your beach stay. We welcome guests from all over the world and every walk of life with the goal of making everyone feel welcome, comfortable and respected throughout their stay. We are just minutes to Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, historic Lewes and the natural beauty of Cape Henlopen State Park, and right next door to a wide array of great dining and 130 tax-free outlet stores, and many other activities and attractions. And on top of it all, Mar Bella does its part to protect the environment with 32 kilowatts of solar power, solar water heaters, recycling and other carbon offsets.

The Seagull room is a spacious luxury bedroom decorated in coastal style with a vaulted ceiling, private ensuite bathroom and your own private garden patio. It's on the ground floor in the courtyard area of the hotel with a self-serve coffee/tea bar close by. The bedroom features a premium king-size bed and a seating area with comfy chairs. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double sink with lighted makeup mirror. There's a 58" 4k UHD TV with free Netflix, Max, Apple TV, AMC+ and HULU, as well as a mini-fridge to keep your drinks cool. We provide fresh linens, bath and pool towels and bath supplies, and even Mar Bella robes for you to enjoy. You'll have access to a handy online store where you can find beach gear rentals, snacks, drinks and other travel necessities. The Seagull is stocked and ready with everything you need for a memorable beach stay!

All our guests have full access to Mar Bella's great amenities, including the large in-ground pool, our huge 11-by-8 foot hot tub, the unique Himalayan salt-walled sauna, the Mar Bella Market for snacks, drinks, ice cream and more, luxurious hot/cold outdoor showers, a fire pit for evening relaxing, as well as hammocks strung beneath the pines and gorgeous outdoor seating and lounging areas all around the property. We have ample free parking for our guests, and an EV charger is available.

You won't find a cleaner hotel in all of Rehoboth Beach! Your room has been scrupulously cleaned and sanitized by our housekeeping staff who follow a strict cleaning protocol. Unlike almost all other hotels we launder all bed coverings and blankets after every stay. You will find your room sparkling clean and sand-free, guaranteed.

Rehoboth Oasis

My fiance and I came down just for an overnight from Mechanicsburg, PA for my birthday, and Mar Bella was fantastic! Amenities are top notch, including the Hot Tub and Pool, and the proximity to coastal highway and downtown Rehoboth is good! Would definitely stay at Mar Bella again.

Perfect getaway

We had such a nice time at Mar Bella. We stayed in the seagull room and it beautiful, clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and sauna. We had the option to choose a later checkout and that was perfect for us as we like to have a slower morning. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Gem Close to Amenities

This was my first time staying at Mar Bella. The rooms were clean, bright, and comfortable. The pool was the perfect temperature and the owners were engaging and warm. It’s located close to Route 1 for easy access to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, etc. Highly recommend!

All around great place !!!

Mar Bella is by far one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. The property is exactly as described. Very clean, great location and beautiful grounds. Our room was perfect. The owners have all the details covered from robes, pool towels, and coffee bar just to name a few. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back next summer!

We had an amazing time. Everything was very clean. We did order from the online store and the service was very prompt. The shower worked fantastic, great water pressure and stayed hot. We loved the patio and the amenities. We took advantage of the pool while we were there. Very well maintained. Will definitely consider returning for another trip. Very Nice Stay

My husband and I enjoyed an off season visit (mid October). Our two night stay was very nice. We stayed in the Seagull Room which was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The amenities of a small refrigerator in room and plentiful towels were appreciated. A coffee bar in the adjacent building was handy and well stocked. The hot tub was delightful and very well maintained (pool was closed as it was off season). The Inn had a few other rooms booked, so our stay was very quiet. The outdoor seating was plentiful and thoughtfully placed. The owners were very friendly and obviously place a high priority on cleanliness and relaxation.

Weekend Getaway to Rehoboth at Mar Bella

We enjoyed our stay at Mar Bella. When we arrived, we took a quick tour of the property, the pool was ready for action with plenty of floating toys. The hot tub was inviting. There are multiple sitting areas for a picnic or enjoying drinks or coffee in the morning. The hosts had a corn hole game set up out by the fire pit. Our room was tastefully decorated and appointed with robes and pool towels. We spent part of one day in the room due to rain, and we were able to find plenty of entertainment on the streaming services that were setup on the television. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you David and Vana, it was all we had hoped for!
