    New luxury condo in Rehoboth Beach! While the home features sleeping space for up to 8, the maximum occupancy allowed is 7 guests to ensure comfort and compliance with property guidelines. This beautiful home is just a five min drive to the beach or downtown. Come discover all the coastal charm Rehoboth has to offer!

    The Space

    Condo is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with an open floor plan. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds and one queen bunk with a twin XL, all featuring new Nectar Hybrid mattresses. Each bedroom is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV, and the living room features an 85-inch smart TV, all with cable.

    The space includes a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig+coffee maker, an additional ice machine, new dishes, glasses and cookware. There's also a private outdoor patio that's perfect for lounging w/family or friends

    Location highlights:

    - 5-minute drive to downtown Rehoboth Beach (you can bypass Coastal Highway).
    - Located directly next to the bike trail for quick access to the beach or downtown.
    - Close proximity to local outlets and restaurants.
    - Access to resort style pool, gym, grills and fire pit all on property

The condo was spotless. The furnishings were extremely comfortable and it was decorated tastefully. While we did not cook while we were there, the kitchen was well appointed if you choose to prepare a meal. Having the linens included made our stay easier and less stressful. We also appreciated the beach wagon and chairs that were furnished as well. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.
