This home is perfect for large groups and families to gather. Lounge in the comfort of the living room after a fun and full day at the beach. Gather together at the long dining table for friendly competition featuring complimentary board games. Rest well in the six bedrooms, each equipped with a television (streaming only) & each boasting its own unique charm & color. The primary bedroom features an ensuite bathroom. Sit on the front porch sipping cocktails with friends and family as folks stroll down Philadelphia Street. After cooking dinner and sitting in the private and quiet backyard take a little stroll to Rehoboth Avenue for shopping and some ice cream. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking.
