Enjoy high ceilings, tall windows, crown molding, and deep baseboards paired with a completely remodeled kitchen featuring tile flooring, new appliances, and a stylish tile bath with a porcelain tub and shower.
HIGHLIGHTS: Relax on the spacious screened porch with ocean views and outdoor dining for four. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, glasses, an electric coffee maker, and a coffee bean grinder. The home is attractively decorated and meticulously maintained for your comfort.
LOCATION: Ocean block on Hickman Street—just steps to the sand and within walking distance to tax-free boutiques, restaurants, Funland, and bike rentals. Park your car and enjoy the convenience of walking everywhere, or take a short drive to the Tanger Outlets on Route 1, about five miles away.
AMENITIES: Off-street parking for one car, free Wi-Fi, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, shared washer and dryer, four beach chairs, sand toys, Blu-ray player, radio sound system with CD and streaming, and a selection of games, books, videos, and magazines for rainy days.

Guests can choose to opt out of the Damage Waiver and instead provide a refundable security deposit if they prefer. Great place that was fully stocked with beach stuff and every kitchen item you could need. Amazing location minutes from the beach. The place was clean. We brought our own blackout curtains for the windows. The only issue is that you can hear a lot of sound from the people upstairs and beside you but not a lot to be done about that.

We booked this before summer and it ended up being a recoup stay for my husband who just had surgery on 8/14 and he was so comfortable and was able to get the test and relaxation he needed. We had or granddaughter and daughter with us & a few other family members, it was a great week!!!

cozy easy beach block stay

great location, nice little upgrades here and there. the digital access was key (pun intended) for our teens. bedrooms could use some nightstands, but everything else was just great.

Perfect location

The apartment was just right for us, a short block to the beach. Walking distance to everything. The bedrooms are small, but the location makes up for it. The kitchen has everything and more for cooking. An added benefit is the screened porch. We loved it!

Great and relaxing getaway in Rehoboth Beach

My husband and I enjoyed spending a week at this wonderful location. We were impressed with the cleanliness of this property and well equipped kitchen. This condo has everything needed for a great stay and we were very glad that we selected it for our vacation in Rehoboth Beach. Extra bonus to this wonderful place is a very short distance from boardwalk. We are planning to come back soon and we will recommend this property to our friends. Thank you.

Cozy & comfy beach-block home!

Perfect size for small family and a little one. Kitchen well equipped for cooking meals. Best part a 3 minute walk to the beach or boardwalk. You can join the hustle bustle of Rehoboth or enjoy the peaceful outskirts of town depending on your mood. No need to move your car!

Re-max terrible

The owner of the property were on the premise. They were very very nice. However, the property management company Remax was terrible, nasty and uncooperative. They were supposed to have the beds made when we arrived, this after we had words about it, my wife and I are in our 70’s. They said they would make sure the beds were made and they weren’t.

The BEST!!!!

I have been renting this condo for the past 8 years, 2 weeks early in the season and 2 weeks late Aug. Its my home away from home and I love it! Its well taken care of, always clean and fresh, always some new surprise in the décor when I get here. Just 1/2 block from the beach and from here you can walk everywhere, park the car and forget it! The owners are great! I highly recommend it!

Nice location.

The property was well stocked. When we arrived, the pump on the front door was broken and I reported this. Today, I got a notice that our our Insurance would cover this. No way! It was broken when we got there. This has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Nice little place close to the boardwalk

We had a snafu with the cleanliness of the property when we arrived but, the real estate company responded very quickly and sent someone out to clean the place. The owner also called to apologize. These things happen sometimes but, I appreciate how quickly they took care of the issue. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and near the boardwalk and shops. The unit was well equipped. The only suggestion I would make would be to get a better lock on the door going into the screened in porch.

Insurance fraud

Insurance fraud First I want to start off that I feel horrible even writing a bad review on anyone’s behalf… I know we all are just trying to do our best. However, I feel as if I was a part of an insurance scam. I paid for the extra insurance due to Covid this year… And I feel as if the owner took advantage of that insurance coverage by putting in a claim on my behalf. I was told I would not have to pay anything and it would not affect me in anyway, but he/she wanted me to sign a legal document stating that I agreed to the damages at the property. The “damages” listed were are a joke…We were charged for the following: leaving a small bottle of hair soap in the bathroom. Mind you I did so because there was hair soap left in there when we arrived, so I thought I would return the favor. 2.We were also charged for sand on the porch… There was no broom there for me to sweep it, and I did not wanna break the vacuum. 3. We were charged for the tablecloth being slightly blown up on the outdoor table… All you would have to do is simply take the tablecloth and push it down to restore it to the original position. We were charged for the most bizarre “damages” I understand that this is a review and most reading this take reviews with a grain of salt because most reviews are written as an opinion. This is NO Opinion… these are facts. Again I’m going to tell you that the claim that was put forth in our behalf was undoubtably a scam. I do not care if it did not affect me financially (as the owner told me in the first email that I would not have to pay anything… I would just have to sign a document agreeing to the claims)… it’s still appalling that this was being reported. I was receiving numerous emails from The owner demanding I sign the legal document… I left the house cleaner than we arrived. I even washed the floor on my hands and knees. Shame on the owners and the realtor (Lauren) working with the owner.
