This romantic holiday house with sophisticated equipment is suitable for 2-4 persons. Pets are allowed on request (dog, cat). The house offers about 80 square meters fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a loft with sleeping space, a shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom with bathtub on the first floor, a large balcony and a terrace. The bedding and towels are of course available, as well as a small safe. If required, a cot and high chair is provided. The car can be parked at the house. It is also possible to take a bread delivery service. In summer there are directly in our core community a beautiful outdoor pool with slide. The Marbachstausee which min by car in Fig.10. is achievable, is monitored by the DLRG and is for your dog also a welcome cooling. The geographical location is an ideal starting point for day trips to z. B. the Neckar, Rhine and the Main, each with a journey time of approximately 30 minutes. For the historically interested, there are a large number of castles, palaces and museums.  The Odenwald is also a very nice hiking area with several cozy restaurants. Wellness also comes not too short, you can min with a time commitment of each about 30 minutes. reach both the adventure MIRAMAR Weinheim and the Odenwald Therme in Bad König. With a journey time of about 1 hour. You can reach the technical museums in Speyer or Sinsheim, and the Senckenberg Museum, the Städl or the palm garden in Frankfurt, or in a slightly slower time the vivarium, the Wedding Tower or other attractions in Darmstadt. The mountain road with its vineyards can also be reached in a 30-minute drive.

Optimale Ferienwohnung
Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung selbst war top ausgestattet. Es fehlte überhaupt an nichts. Der Ort selbst war nicht so schön, das hat die Umgebung mit ihren Sehenswürdigkeiten aber wieder wett gemacht.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter, originelle - aber im tägl. Gebrauch etwas gewöhnungsbedürftige Architektur, Lage direkt an der Hauptstraße aber idyllisch auf der Rückseite, schöne Wandermöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe, empfehlenswert!

Tolles Häuschen im Grünen
Das Häuschen (es war wohl mal ein Stall davon mehr man aber nichts mehr - einzig der Charme ist erhalten geblieben!) ist ganz toll hergerichtet. In die Einrichtung ist viel Liebe geflossen und in die Ausstattung viel Köpfchen. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich schon Mal in einer so gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung war! Es war einfach alles da, was man braucht. Die Fotos werden der Wohnung kaum gerecht. Besonders die Terrasse ist in Wirklichkeit viel größer als sie hier auf den Fotos aussieht!

Ausflüge im Odenwald
Das Vermieterehepaar war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend, alles war gepflegt und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, auch für umfangreichere Aktionen. Der Balkon lädt zum Draußensitzen ein und ist ruhig nach hinten raus. Schwierig ist es mit dem Parken, der Ein- und Ausfahrt aus dem Grundstück, das direkt auf die Durchgangsstraße mündet. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge gemacht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Toll ausgestattetes Haus in schöner Umgebung
Wir waren für fünf Tage im Ferienhaus, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und wollen wiederkommen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und vollständig, die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan und sind sehr freundlich. Eine kaputte Fernbedienung wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Kleiner Abzug bei Sauberkeit: In der Kaffeepadmachine war noch ein alter Pad, und ein bereitgelegtes Geschirrhandtuch war nicht sauber. Die Homepage vom Haus ist gut, in fewo-direkt waren teilweise noch alte Angaben. Insgesamt aber ohne Frage ehrliche 5 Punkte!
