"First, walking up to the building I was stunned at how trashy it looked from the outside. Walking in, the decor and furniture looked cheap and overused. Check in was fine, we got to our room and the room was clean, however, each person only got one single pillow, the pull out couch was the most uncomfortable bed ever (wires, bumps, didn’t lay completely flat). The living room furniture was minimal. Just the pullout couch for comfortable seating (for 3, when we had a family of 6. There was a pod coffee maker with no pods/sugar/creamer. This hotel has NO AC! The info in the room speaks of adjusting the thermostat, but there is no thermostat. The outdoor porch has a big slope forward. It is not flat. The biggest thing for us were the lack of pillows, the lack of AC, and our room keys they gave us stopped working (we were given 4). We got locked out of our room the first night and there was no front desk staff available. They close at 8-9pm. We called their “emergency” number and no one answered. We had to go to the restaurant and get someone to help us contact someone. If the restaurant would’ve been closed, we would’ve been locked out of our room all night. Overall, very disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this play or stay here again."

"I was skeptical about the property when i booked it. Now after staying for four days and three nights, I can say it’s a great property. Very big. Rooms are decent. We had the mountain side view which was awesome as i could see Lauterbrunen valley from the big room balcony. Though bathrooms were not big, I was not small either. The breakfast served was awesome with great views and very big. I liked their coffee machine. They have a big restaurant witch has an internal access and is always well occupied. "
