"The property is amazing. Pictures do not do the gardens justice. The visiting horse and friendly cats were a plus. The pool is cloudy and needs more frequent cleaning than the weekly service due to its location under trees. The outdoor furniture also needs cleaning as do the dishes in the house. But you will hardly notice because the gardens are so well maintained and the hot tub works amazing."

We had reserved it 13 months before the eclipse and they honored the reservation instead of canceling it for a higher bidder, as I heard a lot of property owners had done. Which speaks to the owners’ high integrity. The space was so beautiful and very well maintained. I would absolutely stay again if we were to return to Richmond."
