"It is a great place! Very interesting shops and food hall on the ground floor. The sitting area had plenty of room to visit with friends after a show. Clean and comfortable bed. There are earplugs included for a reason…the train tracks are right next to the hotel and you will feel and hear the trains go by. It wasn’t a deterrent for me, but I probably wouldn’t put my mom there, at least not on that side of the building. I’ll definitely consider staying there again!"

"we were having some problem with the shuttle service but the staff helped rectify the issue real quick. i cant thank them enough cz it was an elderly person that had to be picked up. they communicated super professionally and provided solutions right away. and their free breakfast buffet is outclass. definitely recommend. "

"Big storm the day before, so the parking lot was icy. Probably hard to get everything cleaned up right away."
