Pero hay una clara falta de personal y de coordinación, que finalmente se resuelve gracias a la buena voluntad de los empleados. Llegamos a las 8pm y nuestra habitación estaba sin hacer, otro día no cambiaron las toallas… Todo resuelto gracias a la buena voluntad de cada uno de los empleados a los que acudimos con el problema. "Great property, wonderful environment, good food and service! Was dissapointed that spa was closed and this was not mentioned on FB or website. Was told they tried to tell me in email (not received) which misses the point as by then its already booked. Would still return though as overall experience positive!"
