Die Wohnung mit Wohnzimmer, Essbereich, Küche, Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett) und Badezimmer liegt in der 1. Etage, das zusätzliche zweite Schlafzimmer (Einzelbett) ist in der 2. Etage und verfügt über ein weiteres Bad mit WC und Dusche, was wir sehr praktisch fanden. In die 2. Etage führt eine relativ schmale Treppe.Wir waren für ein paar Tage zum Wandern im Pfälzer Wald. "Vor Antritt der Reise hat sich Familie Anton schon sehr gut um einen gekümmert. Über Details vor Ort wie eine kleine Informationsmappe die einem zugesendet wurde.Bei Ankunft und Erkundung der Unterkunft fielen und die liebevollen Willkommensgeschenke auf. Unsere Jungs gefiel es auch auf anhieb. Leider betrübte eine Anzahl von Fliegen den Aufenthalt aufgrund eines Standortes am Wald. Damit muss man aber rechnen wenn man so herrlich in der Ruhe seinen Urlaub verbringen möchte als...

The house is in out opinion not suitable for 4 adult couples ( 2 bedrooms and 2 double beds in the area upstairs in front of one of the bedrooms) but it was perfect for our family. The property is situated in a quiet town that is near major attractions (crystal making & the historic town of Bitchie) and stores. You are also close to the German border. As for the accomodation, it is a spacious modern apartment with two large bedrooms and a large bathroom. Excellent for families or two couples. "Die ruhige, idyllische Lage in dem schönen kleinen Dörfchen Rumbach innerhalb herrlicher Natur fern vom Tourismus ist wunderbar! Ganz besonders hatte es uns die so stilvoll und gemütlich renovierte, rundum perfekt ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in dem alten kleinen Fachwerkhäuschen angetan und der sehr nette herzliche Kontakt mit den Gastgebern! Wir sind dankbar für die erholsame Auszeit und kommen baldmöglichst wieder:-)"

"There were renovations taking place during our atay which made finding the building difficult to find as the hotel sign was covered. Make sure you don't show up early for check-in as the doors are locked during certain parts of the day and only accessible with a key you receive when checking in. These are just friendly warnings for a better visit. The hotel itself was charming, clean, and full of modern amenities. The staff were all friendly and helpful and could accommodate French, German and even English speakers. It was the highlight of a multi-city trip. If you are visiting for other reasons, we highly recommended you visit Chateau de Fleckenstein and eat at the onsite restaurant. Make sure you request local Alsace cuisine."
