Spacious apartment | 4–6 people | 5 minutes from Bayernpark

Welcome to my cosy weekend apartment, which I’m happy to open up to short-term guests. This spacious apartment in a historic building combines plenty of room with its own unique charm and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to enjoy a relaxing getaway.

The bright living room, with a comfortable sleeper sofa, TV, a small library, and family games, invites you to settle in and feel right at home.

In the bedroom, a king-size bed ensures restful nights, and there’s plenty of storage space available. The guest room is equipped with a queen-size bed, a closet, and a workspace with a computer monitor—ideal for anyone who wants to get some quiet work done while travelling. Bedding and towels are provided for the entire stay.

The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for shared meals: a large dining table, a drip coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. The spacious bathroom features a bathtub, shower, two sinks, and a washing machine.

Outside, there’s a cosy seating area with a table—perfect for breakfast al fresco or a relaxing evening outdoors. A hammock also invites you to sit back and unwind.
