The spacious, fully equipped kitchen includes a filter coffee machine. High-speed Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls. Amenities include TV, washing machine, dryer, and heating in all rooms. The apartment features authentic wooden floors, exposed beams, and cozy, newly furnished interiors from 2024.



    Enjoy mountain views and the gentle sound of the Lofer from your private balcony with daybed and dining table. Cross-country ski trails start right by the house (100 m away), and the Lofer river invites you to refresh yourself.



    Outdoor parking spaces and an underground garage spot are available. In the basement, you will find a private bike and ski storage room, equipped with a bike repair stand, tools, and air pump.
