Der "Frühlingshof" befindet sich im inneren Ortskern von Reit im Winkl im Chiemgau. Das Haus liegt ruhig in zweiter Häuserreihe. Der Frühlingshof eignet sich besonders gut als Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten. So ist das kühle Nass im örtlichen Frei- und Hallenbad, im Waldbad von Kössen sowie am Ostufer des Walchsee von unseren Gästen kostenlos nutzbar. Sämtliche Freizeit- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Loipen führen in ca. 100m Entfernung am Haus vorbei. Als besonderes Schmankerl genießen unsere Gäste im Winter auch freie Fahrt an den Benzeckliften. Auf Wunsch ist auch ein Brötchenservice möglich. Die Bäckerei Neumaier ist hierfür der richtige Ansprechpartner. Die Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt in Reit im Winkl sind gegeben. Wir würden uns freuen, Sie in unseren Wohnungen begrüßen zu dürfen. Ihre Familie Wagner.
Die Drei-Raum-Wohnung mit Erker ist geeignet für 2, 4, oder 6 Personen. Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Diele mit Garderobe und Kommode, einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten sowie einem separaten zweiten Schlafzimmer mit 2 Betten. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC verfügt über einen Fön sowie einen Kosmetikspiegel. In der abgeschlossenen Küche (Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld) lassen sich kleine Mahlzeiten zubereiten. Der Wohnraum ist mit einer Ledercouch, Sessel und einer gemütlichen runden Eckbank ausgestattet. Es besteht de Möglichkeit ein ausklappbares Doppelbett für zwei weitere Personen herzurichten.

Des Weiteren hat die Wohnung in sämtlichen Räumen Terrakottafliesen-Fussboden mit regelbarer Fussbodenheizung. Die 30 qm Süd und Südwest Terrasse verfügt über einen so genannten "Freisitz" und eine Liegewiese mit Blick zum Unterberg und das Kaisergebirge.

Terrassentisch, Stühle, Sonnenschirm, Relaxliegen, sowie Decken zum wärmen gehören ebenfalls zur Ausstattung.
Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit hochwertigen Massiv-Holzmöbeln im Bayerischen Stil. TV mit Fernbedienung und Radio gehören ebenfalls dazu.
