Ankommen - durchatmen - wohlfühlen! Genießen Sie den freien Bergblick von unserem im Jahr 2000 erbauten Haus in sonniger, ruhiger Südhanglage, ca. 10 Minuten vom Ortskern. Zu jeder der drei gemütlich eingerichteten Ferienwohnungen für 2-4 Personen gehört ein großer Balkon mit Gartenmöbeln, ein gut ausgestatteter Küchenbereich, Kabel-TV, Radio-CD-Player und eine kostenlose W-LAN-Verbindung. In den Bädern finden Sie Dusche, Waschbecken und WC. Handtücher, Geschirrtücher und Bettwäsche werden selbstverständlich gestellt. Für unsere kleinen Gäste halten wir Reisebett und Hochstuhl bereit. Auch Haustiere sind nach Rücksprache herzlich willkommen. Damit Sie - und Ihre Kinder - Ihren Aufenthalt rundum genießen können, stehen im Keller eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner zur Mitbenutzung zur Verfügung. Außerdem bieten wir Brötchenservice. Unser Haus ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Freizeitaktivitäten. Wanderwege, Loipen, Rodelhang und Skibushaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card und der Benz- Eck Skilifte. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee und im Winter Freie Fahrt an den Benzeckliften. Sitzecke mit Ausziehcouch für 2 Personen. Auf dem großen Balkon warten bequeme Sessel, ein großer Holzklapptisch und Sonnenschirm sowie ein sehr schöner Ausblick auf den Ortskern und die umliegenden Berge auf unsere Gäste.
