The absolute highlight is our 200 m² wellness area on the 3rd floor, which our guests can use free of charge. The area features 3 saunas, a social lounge, and a relaxation area.
Start your day with a lovingly prepared breakfast and enjoy the sunny hours on the terrace.

The absolute highlight is our 200 m² wellness area, located on the 3rd floor, which you can reach either by stairs or conveniently by lift—free of charge for our guests.
Spanning approximately 57 square metres, our holiday apartment on the 2nd floor features a spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the spa gardens. It accommodates up to 4 people and features a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed with a full-size mattress.
Relax in the dining area or on the comfortable pull-out sofa bed. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, as well as illuminated wall mirrors and makeup mirrors. Enjoy the provided hand towels and bath towels. Dressing gowns are available at the front desk.
In the small, open, and practically equipped kitchen, you’ll find a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster to meet your culinary needs.
If you’d prefer not to make breakfast yourself, you can always book breakfast as an add-on. We charge 15.00 EUR per person; children, of course, pay less. Just ask.
Reit im Winkl, a climatic health resort According to Wikipedia, the designation “climatic health resort” is awarded to “locations whose air and climate, according to an expert assessment, possess qualities that are beneficial for relaxation and health.” Reit im Winkl was designated a health resort in 1956 and has consistently met the criteria for this designation ever since through its ongoing efforts. One key factor is its high elevation, which ensures that summer heat is moderated and nights remain pleasantly cool. The town is surrounded by extensive mountain forests of the Chiemgau Alps and, in terms of its general climate, belongs to the “Bavarian Alps” climate region. The character of the weather is decisively determined by the local conditions—that is, by the influence of the mountain ranges and valleys on weather patterns. In addition to the natural conditions that ensure good air quality, we actively work to preserve the fresh mountain air by utilising natural heat and providing ample bus service.
We are a warm, family-run business—Grandma, Grandpa, and we as parents all work here, and our young children are part of our daily life.
That’s why we relaunched our labour of love in 2026.
