"It appeared that there were more staff members than during our last visit in July 2025. The water park also seemed to be in much better condition. We noticed several details that made a significant difference in the quality of our stay. Hopefully, this marks the beginning of a renewed commitment that will restore the lodge to the exceptional standard it held 15 years ago."

"Except for Wednesday morning, the breakfast service was satisfactory. However, the breakfast attendant exhibited extreme rudeness towards my teenage daughter. While I understand the no-shoe policy, my daughter was seated, and her brother was retrieving her shoes for her. The attendant then returned and informed my minor child that she would contact the manager due to the absence of shoes on my daughter. My daughter attempted to explain that her brother was nearly arriving with her shoes, but the attendant remained unresponsive. This incident stands as my sole complaint during our entire trip."
