Very disappointed

The one thing I can say about this place is it is located on the river. Everything else was miserable. I had to drive to town to contact the property manager to find out the wifi code, it was not left in the property anywhere. We didn't have TV the whole time as we didn't bring our own streaming device. The neighbors have erected a gate at the entrance of the street, so we had to open it and close it everytime we left or returned. The floors sagged, the sink and toilet were stained yellow from the water. Had to brush my teeth with bottled water. There were spider webs all around inside the house. I could go on, but I believe my point has been made. I gave it a two ONLY because it was on the river.

Don't

The well water needs to be treated. It's unsat and health department should shut it down. Plus the price was 135 and night but they add in a $200 fee also. I would not recommend at all. I'd give it a zero star if possible

The place was amazing. Great for all ages and pets.

My family and I absolutely loved this place. Quite beautiful peaceful little place. The husband and wife that take care of the property are so nice, friendly and very helpful. There's all kinds of things to do while staying there. We loved it there, only bad thing about the place, is the rusty well water. Which is most likely due to having very old pipes which they were in the process of changing when we were there. All in all we loved it.

There is a River to look at....

And the a/c worked, the stove was clean but the three pots suppled were gross. Only one TERRIBLE futon to sit on and the TV didn't work. Found out it hadn't been maintained for quite awhile and they were trying to do a quick fix. But you can't turn years of neglect around in a few days. We LEFT after first day. Takes a lot for my husband to leave after paying.

The accommodations were poor if not horrible

My wife and I are not the ones that normally post negative reviews we usually give everybody a chance and we do Post great reviews when businesses and people burned them but we must say that this cabin in Reliance was one of the worst locations that we have stayed at the water smelled like pure rust the toilet and the sink in the bathroom had rust stains there was no soap in the shower the beds were very very worn mattresses the overall condition of the property was poor the barbecue was 100% rusted and could not even attempt to put a barbecue together reality is the owner of this property needs to invest some money to bring it up-to-date there was no TV no internet no satellite and the TV is from the 1980s flat screens today only cost $100 invest in the property in order to be able to rent the property to others

Very Disappointint. Not as described

Where to start? I normally do not give bad reviews but, I want to save someone else the headache and $$ we wasted. This place was nothing as describe. It was on the water. However, the yard looked as though it was just mowed after a years worth of growth with tall grass and limbs right in the middle. I didn't feel safe for kids to be out there and we couldn't get to the water to even fish due to the overgrown brush. The air conditioner didn't cool at all. The water smelled like metal and 3 days later I still smell it as I rinse my hair. I didn't let my child use the shower. The sattelite and Internet did not work. It says it sleeps 6 but there were no pillows or blankets for the living room futon. There was no fire pit or grill area which would seem like a necessity at a place like this. This place is way over priced for what you get. We would prefer a tent next time. We left one night early because we were miserable.
