Location is excellent for food , clubs ,and even a short golf cart ride to the beach. Staff was super friendly. Room was clean.
At night you hear club music and on one end of the hotel it is pretty loud. Rooms were updated but nothing special. Beds were a place to sleep, not the worst beds but not comfortable either.

This is a very very busy party atmosphere Hotel if that’s your thing.
If you want a Palapa, you need to be down at the beach by 6 AM if you wait till 8 am you are out of luck.
You can’t make reservations at any restaurants so be prepared to wait in line.
The breakfast buffet was good with a large selection of items. The food overall was good.
The bar service was interesting. We came with our own travel mugs, which they refused to fill, although they did allow us to order drinks and pour them into our own cups. We were limited to two drinks at a time.
Incredibly frustrating was the fact that our room key consistently failed. Every time we needed to go to our room, we had to go to the front desk for a new key.
The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Fred and Nelson at the beach bar. They certainly made our New Year’s a night to remember.
