His communication was prompt and thorough. I would highly recommend this property for anyone seeking a clean, welcoming home for family or friends."

"I hate to do this, I like toctry to give the benefit of the doubt, ut when we arrived we were checked in and go to our room only to find someone in the room already. Mistakes happen, so the worker gave us the other person's room. Wasnt the same type of room, so we were a bed short, but we didnt complain. Noticed multiple charges on my card by Sunday- talked to front desk to make sure I wasnt being charged for both rooms- in fact my card was attached to both rooms. Thought they had taken care of it only to find out this evening that I was charged an extra $360 for the room we didnt stay in. The charges have went through, no longer pending so someone stayed free and I paid for both rooms?!? I have frequented this hotel and am very disappointed. I disagree with the way hotels do this type of charging- pay when you check in and quit with all the extra charge here, extra charge there all pending for days until you are long gone and can't do anything about it."

"A nice stay, quiet, not many people stayed when we were there. I appreciated the breakfast. Parking was easy as few cars in lot. Price was affordable."

"The room was clean, but the fit and finish of all the tub area and the bathroom was very poorly done. Plus the toilet was loose from the floor. The shower control valve handle came off in our hand. The TV remote wouldn’t work unless you were standing right close to the TV. The barn door going into the bathroom wouldn’t hardly open far enough to get in the bathroom. Other than that it was pretty nice. Ironing board cover look like it had mold in one end of it."

"Very nice home, perfect for our stay. Neat neighborhood. Everything was great, we would certainly stay there again. The host made everything easy, provided necessary details before the stay and a binder of info once we arrived. Zero issues during the trip."
