Huis was proper maar heeft dringend onderhoud nodig.De kraan in de douche boven is afgebroken. Je hebt 2 handen nodig om kraan te openen + de kraan inde keuken staat los ( volgens recensies sinds januari en nog steeds niet hersteld). Tuin is verwilderd. Wat ontbrak er: speeltuigen kinderen ( van de schommel is enkel de frame over ) en verder niets, er is geen droogtrommel aanwezig. De bbq was er wel, maar nog vol as van de vorige huurders. De omheining van het terras is niet stevig: beweegt als je er aan komt... Hout van terras moet dringend behandeld worden en de struiken hebben ook een snoeibeurt nodig: hangen over de buitentrappen en terras. Ook doornstruik aanwezig ... Stofzuigervoet vuil en stinkende geur uit stofzuiger: dringend reinigen ...Ook de dakgoot en raamkozijnen vol webben... Zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Es begann merkwürdig, ich musste per SMS Bescheid geben, wann wir kommen würden, aber bei der Ankunft war niemand zu sehen, das Tor war offen. Habe eine Nummer angerufen, die nicht benutzt wurde, habe eine andere Nummer gefunden, die anrief, die Dame klang verwirrt, sprach kaum Englisch (es hieß, es seien drei Sprachen möglich), die Schlüssel seien drin, sie sagte, sie könne keine Kaution bezahlen, daher sei niemand sonst zu sehen. Das Haus selbst war fantastisch und die Hunde liebten auch den riesigen umzäunten Garten. Die Wasserhähne in der Küche und in der Dusche waren locker, also zwei Hände benutzen. Geräumige Schlafzimmer, aber 8 Personen in der Sitzecke scheinen uns nicht möglich. Wir haben die Gegend genossen, Hunde müssen wegen der Tierwelt an der Leine geführt werden. Nicht ganz ohne Feuerwerk, aber eine halbe Stunde war machbar.

¡Tuvimos una estancia fantástica en la villa en Rendeux! El jardín era un lugar perfecto para nuestras noches de barbacoa, y a los niños les encantó jugar en el equipo exterior, El diseño espacioso permitió que todos tuvieran su propio espacio, pero aún podíamos reunirnos cómodamente en la sala de estar, Además, estar a solo un corto trayecto en coche de atracciones locales como Durbuy Adventure hizo que nuestro viaje fuera aún más agradable, ¡Lo recomiendo mucho para una escapada familiar!

Die Heizung war an, als wir ankamen ... schön warm, sogar zu warm für unsere Verhältnisse. oder Geschirrspülmittel sollten für die Küche poliert werden. (BREF oder drohend ...) Wurde nicht erwähnt, dass wir das mitbringen mussten. Wirklich zu empfehlen

Die Lage ist in Ordnung, das Haus kann ein Update verwenden. Die Dusche war kaputt (Duschtüren funktionierten nicht und der Abfluss war verstopft). Darüber hinaus sind Bretter der Holzterrasse gebrochen oder durchgebrochen. Die Tür zur Terrasse ist geklemmt. Alle Anschläge hören auf, wenn Sie das Kochfeld, den Ofen und die Mikrowelle einschalten. Es gibt keinen Trockner bis zur Beschreibung. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, vor allem wegen der Umgebung und des schönen Wetters, aber ich denke, der Preis ist zu hoch für die Qualität, die geliefert wird. Besonders im Vergleich zu anderen Häusern haben wir von Belvilla gehört.

Das Haus ist wunderschön. Voll ausgestattete Küche, Pracht. Die Umgebung ist atemberaubend. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wasser, der Eigentümer unverzüglich für einen Klempner angeordnet ist, so gut gelöst. Die Person, die empfing uns nicht sprechen Nederlsnds und ein wenig Englisch, aber mit Händen und Füßen und drei Französisch Worten, wir sind immer noch wahr. Fragen per SMS reagierte sofort, sehr fein. Es gibt viele unglaubliche Ausflüge in der Umgebung, vor allem Durbuy, Dinant und La Roche schön ist. Abenteuer-Tal in Durbuy war für die Kinder sehr schön. Hotton ist auch ein schönes Dorf nur wenige Kilometer entfernt. Der geschlossene Garten ist sehr schön für die Hunde. Wenn ich einen Tipp geben kann, wäre eine zusätzliche Dusche im Keller in einem 8-Personen-Hause nützlich sein.
