"Lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beds extremely comfortable. A very short drive to Toukley where we enjoyed coffee and scenic lake walks."

Lighting both inside and outside was not adequate. TV sound was inadequate and could not be increased,we had to apply sub titles to watch the television. Outdoor furniture and decking was tired, in need of repair and grass needed mowing. A big disappointment for the money paid."
