The 90m² accommodation is composed as follows:
Garden level :
- Living room with sofa, armchairs and television
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, microwave oven, etc.

First floor:
- A landing with a desk
- Bedroom 1 with 1 double bed
- Bedroom 2 with 1 double bed
- Shower room with WC, washbasin and rain shower

Second floor:
- Bedroom 3 with 1 double bed and spacious open-plan shower room with WC, washbasin and rain shower

Exterior:
- The house is nestled in a splendid, wooded, sunny and quiet courtyard.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: Nespresso coffee machine, free Wi-Fi connection, walk-in showers, two TVs, washing machine and dishwasher.

The flat is ideally located in Rennes, in a very pleasant environment. You can enjoy all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Neighbourhood :

- Rue de la Monnaie et du Chapitre, Hôtel de Ville, Place des Lices (with its Saturday morning market), Place Sainte Anne, Place du Parlement de Bretagne
- The oldest house in Rennes is right next door to the flat

Public transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a public pay car park: parking des Lices. 25 per week (go to the attendant with your car park entrance ticket and exchange it for a weekly pass).

- Nearest train station: Gare de Rennes, about 1.7 km away (7 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Rennes airport, about 7.6 km away (21 min by car)
- Buses and the metro are a 5-minute walk away. République or Sainte-Anne stations.
- Star bike station 3 minutes away (Place des Lices).

- Bed linen and towels (hotel quality 4/5 stars) are provided, your bed will be made on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. Wifi internet access
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested.
- Pets are accepted in the accommodation

You will be given a personal welcome by someone from the Cocoonr agency in Rennes, who will show you around the accommodation, answer any questions you may have and hand you the keys.
