What a great place to stay in the Reno/Sparks area. We had planned on staying at the Western Village but the accommodations were not that great and we wanted a good nights rest after an awful stay at a Super 8 in Oroville California that we checked out of early because of staff cleanliness and safety. The staff here were awesome and respectful and helpful as well the room was clean and ready for all 3 of us and the dog traveling with us.

Room was very well kept. Continental breakfast is limited, so plan ahead. Plenty of coffee. Vending machines have plenty of water, pop & snacks. Best part about this hotel is its proximity ( < 0.7 mils) to an amazing fine dining / sports bar.

The A/C was difficult to control, but the female staff worker at the front desk came up and showed me how it worked very quickly. It was a good stay, very clean, and the hotel was quiet. I was in Reno for 2 days to visit relatives, and it was a quick drive from the hotel.

Great place to stay. Very clean and feels very homely. The Outlets is literally down the street and many places to eat at. However advertising is a little off as breakfast is not served. It’s only a SNACK muffin, yogurt, coffee, fruits.

The hotel is nice and clean. We were in a ground floor room, it had vinyl flooring. I can only assume that the top floors have the same type of flooring because we could hear everything the guests did upstairs. It got worse around 9 am went in to clean the upstairs room, the vacuum cleaner dragging on the floor made a horrendous sound. You expect to hear sounds at any hotel but this was too loud. Another thing that bothered me was housekeeping knocking on our door at 10:45 am when checkout was at 11 am.

I enjoyed my stay immensely. They had a full size fridge in the room, an easy to access vending machine and the staff was super friendly. An extra bonus is the parking lot was extremely well lit for those who are concerned about that.
