Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

BAIT and SWITCH

We were told there was an "emergency" AFTER check-in time, said they had a studio apartment they wanted me to switch to (vs the two bed two bath I had paid for) but they couldn't provide any info on the studio apartment. Put us all in a huge pickle. Also, they initially would not refund.
