"The hotel has a nice location, one of the best in Reno, right near the river walk. We didn't use the pool. It looked nice. We did enjoy the hot chocolate. The availability of nutmeg and cinnamon was nice. Took us awhile to figure out the machine which is there more for coffee. One serving of hot chocolate (#22) and one serving of hot water from the other machine with a sprinkle of nutmeg and another of cinnamon makes a good cup. Desk staff could have been friendlier. Saturday evening wasn’t the best time to be in the streets with a child. People drinking everywhere."
