West side retreat, Modern Homestead

The property will still have everything you need to work or relax year round. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms, although the ensuite master bath is on the small side. A very spacious gourmet kitchen, high speed internet and a dining room for 6 or as a temporary office work area. The backyard highlights magnificent views of Peavine Mountain range. Stepping out of all rooms on the backside of the house to a fully furnished backyard. Complete with a firepit, seasoned wood, BBQ, dining table and two separate seating areas. Enjoy those views with your morning coffee or in the evening sitting around the backyard firepit.

The house is not toddler proof; uncovered sockets, sharp corners, glass sliding doors. We do not provide cribs, changing stations or play pens.

To avoid an additional cleaning fee of $25, we look for crumbs/spilt drinks throughout the house, hand prints on sliders, TV and corners

We have a pest service, however ants can make their way into the house. Please do not consumer food/beverages in the bedrooms.
