For those relying on public transport, the RTC (Regional Transport Commission) bus system has several routes that operate near the property, providing convenient access to city centre Reno, the University of Nevada, Reno, and other key destinations. While specific bus stop locations and schedules are best checked on the RTC website or app, you'll find that many routes offer frequent service. The Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) is approximately a 15-20 minute drive away, making this home a convenient choice for travellers. Uber and Lyft are readily available for door-to-door service as well.

- Evidence of smoking (odour, ashes, burns) will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee
