WFH Private Suite kitchen & Yard

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. It is a 1 bedroom suite with kitchenette & yard. Home is downstairs unit of a house that is separated by its own entrance and independent fenced in yard. Perfect for a couple days launch pad or extended stay if you are in Reno/Sparks for work or pleasure. Practical launch pad for many exciting events including HOT August Nights, Balloon Race, Air Race, Rib Cook Off & Ski season. Short drive to the airport & 45min from a ski resort
The space
The entire Unit is exclusive to the reserved guests. It is a 1 bedroom with a pull-out couch in the living room, a king bed in the bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a fenced-in yard that is separated from the upstairs unit yard.

The code is provided on the date of your reservation. Lockbox is located next to the glass sliding door which is the only entrance and exit. If you anticipate a check-in past 8 pm, please contact us ahead of time. Use the LEFT SIDE GATE of the house to get to the entrance and lockbox of this unit.
