Grand Sierra Resort and Casino
Sierra tower deluxe king room was spacious and included a twin sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa had springs sticking out the side. Room definitely could have been cleaner, but it met a minimum standard. Hotel staff was very nice.

why a resort fee? I called the first night saying I need a new fridge since it wasn't getting cold. He said he'd bring it over in 30 mins. No one ever showed. Our toilet was having issues.
