The cozy living space with fireplace is furnished in a maritime style with a sofa and a comfortable television armchair. A large LCD TV, Blu-ray player, as well as games, books and environmental cards are available. The existing balcony offers a wonderful view of the water. The bathroom with daylight window is equipped with a washbasin, shower, underfloor heating and radio. The hallway and a separate storage room offer plenty of space.
