The balcony is equipped with high-back chairs and a sun umbrella. The living/sleeping area features a fold-out sofa bed with a comfortable, spring-supported cold foam mattress (1.7 x 2.0 m). The kitchenette includes a ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, separate oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, blender, and carefully selected dishes.



Additional amenities include a smart TV, a radio with Bluetooth and USB port for charging devices, a reading lamp, several books, a large wardrobe in the hallway, and a bathroom with shower, toilet, heated towel rail, and hairdryer. A sliding insect screen door is installed in front of the balcony door. Free Wi-Fi is available. You can store your bicycles in the bike cellar. A lockable parking space is available directly in front of the building.
