Detached house with a large garden to slow down

The deceleration house built in 2014 has a large garden (> 700 m²) that invites you to play, run around, grill and relax. A sandpit is available for the little ones. On the sunny side there is a paved terrace right by the house. In the middle of the garden we built a wooden terrace so that you can also enjoy the last evening sun.
The house is very spacious with a living space of 105 m², so that even "bad weather phases" can be comfortably spent in the house.
Large windows ensure brightness and allow a clear view of the large garden.
The house has a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen with a small counter area. The large dining table in the living-dining area can seat up to 8 people. The living room is furnished with two comfortable sofas. The whole house is very comfortably and lovingly furnished and offers the ideal conditions for a relaxing holiday.
The deceleration house is in a very quiet location on the former grounds of the Blengow estate with a wonderful view of the restored manor house.
Through the trees you can see the beautiful salt lagoon, which can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The Ostseebad Rerik can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes.
Two parking spaces are available in front of the house on the property.

Schöne Zeit in aejr ruhigen Lage nah am Meer
Wir sind nun zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus gewesen, dieses Mal nur zu dritt. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet, die ruhige Lage einfach phantastisch. Der Vermieter reagiert sehr schnell, die Kommunikation klappt wunderbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren, wenn wir mal wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen sollten.

Das Haus hatte für 4 Personen eine sehr schöne Größe und auch das Grundstück war hübsch angelegt. Leider fehlt es in den Schlafräumen an Kleiderschränken und wir haben aus den Koffern gelebt. Es waren nur kleine Kommoden vorhanden, wovon eine nicht nutzbar war. Allgemein fehlt dem Haus etwas Pflege.

Wie zuhause
Nicht nur die Freundlichkeit der Vermieter war wirklich sehr erfreulich, auch das ganze Objekt inklusive der Lage war genauso wie man es sich gewünscht hatte. Es wird im Haus an nichts, sogar tolle Spiele für die Kinder und die ganze Familie waren vorhanden. Tolles und modernes Interieur, mit dem man sich wirklich wie zu Hause fühlt. Bis auf ein einen Morgen, an dem der Gartendienst um 8 Uhr morgens mit Rasentraktor und Motorsense den Garten zu bearbeiten begann, war wirklich alles top und ruhig! ;-)

Schöner, erholsamer Urlaub in tollem Objekt
Das Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage und verfügt über einen sehr großen Garten, ideal für Kinder zum Spielen und für Erwachsene zum Entschleunigen auf der Terrasse. Im Haus und in der Gartenhütte ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was die Familie braucht. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt, die Aufteilung des Hauses (mit Bad/WC in jedem Stockwerk) war für uns ideal, die Ausstattung neuwertig und sehr zweckmäßig. Vermieterkontakt sehr nett und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
