Beach and set up is amazing - sunset and coral blue water. Only thing I would improve is the main pool not being heated at the main lobby area."

This place already has beautiful beaches, great pools, and solid food, but what made it unforgettable was the exceptional service from Super Felix and his incredible crew. Super Felix is a legend! From the moment we arrived, he and his team went above and beyond to make sure every single day was fun, relaxed, and full of good vibes. Whether it was organizing activities, checking in to see if we needed anything, or just bringing that infectious energy that turns a good vacation into a great one, Felix and his crew were always smiling, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel like family – seriously, shoutout to the whole group for keeping the spirit high and everything running so smoothly! At the bar, Alexis and Roberto were absolute stars.
