The holiday villa in Reus is a beautiful luxury house with capacity for 9 people with a private pool. Located in the exclusive urbanization of Aigüesverds, this villa is perfect to enjoy with family and friends. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, and is equipped with a private pool, hammock area, lawn, chill out terrace and outdoor dining area. In addition, the villa has a large kitchen fully equipped with kitchenware and appliances, including a dishwasher.

The villa is distributed over 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan living-dining room with access to the terrace and pool, a double bedroom with twin beds, a bathroom with a shower and another bedroom with a single bed with an ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor are the master bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub, two bedrooms with two single beds each and a bathroom with a bathtub.

The villa is located in a quiet area and next to the Aigüesverds golf course. In addition, it is located a few kilometers from the center of Reus and 10 km from PortAventura. The villa is the perfect accommodation to spend an unforgettable vacation and enjoy all the activities offered by the Costa Dorada.

Excellent villa, just a little worn
The villa was perfect for our stay. Not too much noise in the neighbourhood and the pool was fantastic. The villa itself is in need of redecoration in many areas however, maybe as a result of the wear of of summer season, not sure. It was also let down by a few cleaning issues and the lack of some basic cleaning products. We had to clean the kitchen extensively as soon as we arrived and then decided that the kitchen utensils and dishes should also be washed before we used them. We have stayed in many villas over the years and we don’t expect absolute pristine accommodation, but we were just a little disappointed with the overall tired condition of the villa. It didn’t spoil our holiday however. With a little bit of work the villa could be made to look and feel really special.

Belle villa sur golf Reus
Villa calme avec une très belle piscine bien équipée même si des éléments sont à revoir : climatisation rdc HS/ machine à café hs et lave linge bruyant. Une prestation ménage en milieu de séjour serait bienvenue.
