Mas Guineu, a family retreat in the heart of nature

With a beautiful mountain view, the country house Mas Guineu is located in Reus. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 people.



The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, open terrace, and barbecue. A shared garden is also available for guests. On the estate, you will find horses (not for riding), chickens that lay eggs for guests, dogs and cats, as well as many wild animals to discover. There is also a vegetable garden and fruit trees.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television, air conditioning, washing machine, as well as books and toys for children. Two cots and two high chairs are also available. Events and parties are not allowed at this property.



There are several parking spaces on the property. A maximum of 4 pets is allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.



This property has guidelines to help you separate waste correctly. The rental features energy and water-saving measures. Part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels. You must respect the neighbors' rest and entry is not allowed to people outside the reservation. The owners live on the ground floor. There are stairs to access the property.



Please note that there may be government regulations on water use during your visit, which could affect the use of the pool, garden irrigation, or limit tap water use. The host lives in the same building, but the rented property, located on the second floor, is completely independent and your privacy is guaranteed.
