A highlight of the apartment is the light-filled sunroom with a cosy seating area and rocking chairs. Thanks to the awning and external blinds, the area can be comfortably shaded and enjoyed year-round. From here, you have direct access to the adjacent terrace, which features sun loungers, a parasol, high-quality seating with thick cushions, and a fire pit for cosy evenings with a glass of wine. A Weber grill invites you to enjoy relaxed barbecue evenings.

The comfortable kitchen with dining area is fully equipped and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Senseo pad machine, and Dolce Gusto capsule machine, air fryer, toaster, electric kettle, and numerous kitchen utensils.

The bedroom features a large double bed, a closet, a chest of drawers, and plenty of hangers. Bed linens are, of course, included. Adjacent to the bedroom is the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Towels, a hair dryer, soap, and toilet paper are provided for your use.
