Our first time in Austria

We very much enjoyed our stay at Alpenhotel Ernberg. Our only issue was that we had a room of 3 and the bed for the third full-size adult was more suited for a child and the mattress was not even in height for its full length.

Propreté et service excellents.

Hotel typique,vu magnifique sur les montagnes. La chambre et la salle de bain sont très propres. Seul bémol, l'insonorisation est très mauvaise et l'aération de la salle de bain est inexistante. Mais le ménage est réalisé à la perfection et la décoration, bien que sommaire, est assez jolie. Le balcon offre une belle vue sur les montagnes ainsi que la terrasse principale de l’hôtel. Le service est très bon. Le restaurant est lui aussi typique avec une belle carte. Attention, si vous êtes gênés par la cigarette, pensez à le signaler. Nous avions une table proche du comptoir où fumer est autorisé, ce qui c'est avéré très gênant pour nous. Surtout qu'il est très fréquenté. Mais dans l'ensemble, tout est très agréable.

I couldn´t start the journey one day before and the hotel manager didn´t account a concellation ! But I know the hotel for the journeys before and will be there many more trips !

Schönes Alpenhotel mit gemütlichem kleinen Zimmer. Wunderbarer Ausblick auf die Berge. Frühstücksraum sehr schön und Frühstück mir reichhaltigem Angebot. Parkplatzangebot eher beschränkt und recht beengt. Kein Lift.

Hotel de madeira, muito aconchegante, chegamos tarde, 22h, o bar ainda estava aberto, podemos tomar cerveja e comer uns petiscos, o que normalmente não encontramos na Europa! O dono e garçons super atenciosos e gentis! Café da manhã delicioso e bem diversificado com frutas, pães, ovos, geléias, iogurtes, bolos, croissants, mel, leite, café , etc Fica próximo da rota Romântica da Alemanha, dos castelos, várias atividades nas montanhas no verão ou estações de esqui no inverno!

Gemuetliches Hotel, gutes Restaurant

Wir (5 Personen) waren auf einer 2-Tagestour der Bayerischen Schlösser, und haben uns im Voraus für das Alpenhotel Ernberg entschieden (ca. 20-30 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt). Der Service bei Ankunft war sehr zuvorkommend, wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt. Die Zimmer waren nichts spektakuläres, aber gemütlich eingerichtet, Schlafzimmer und Bad sehr sauber und - je nach Lage - mit toller Aussicht auf die Alpen. Wir haben Abends im Restaurant gegessen, was ich auf jeden Fall empfehlen kann (sicherheitshalber eine Reservierung machen, es kann voll werden!). Das Frühstück war üppig und lecker. Kostenlose Parkplätze befinden sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Einziger Wermutstropfen für die weniger sportlichen unter uns war, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt - beim "Aufstieg" in den 3. Stock mit schweren Koffern (oder nach einem üppigen Mahl) kam der ein oder andere etwas ins Schwitzen!
