Completely restored stone cottage sheltered by trees, some over 100 yrs old. 800m from village. Table, easy chairs, hammock (seats 2), sun loungers. Pizza oven + table (sits 8-10) fitted under the 1st floor terrace, under the arbour. 8000m2 of hilly countryside, no neighbours. Impressive, view of mountains. Private boules pitch. Revest Brousses village is 800m down the hill. It is full of character, with a maze of alleyways, ancient ramparts + church. Old priories + manors can be found among the great farms or hamlets surrounded by groves of oaks + chestnuts. This region is home to Contadour, Jean Giono, the observatory of Saint Michel where evenings of astral discovery were enjoyed, Banon cheese + Forcalquier, city of 4 Queens. Surrounding villages (e.g. Mane, Ongles) boast engaging + magical sites. Many festivities in summer (music, painting, theatre). Great place for family holidays. Incredible setting. In the morning, breakfast with views to lavender fields. In the evening, sunset views to Mount Ventoux. Great pool with spectacular view. Contact with host easy and friendly. Thanks a lot for such wonderful holidays.

Des vacances au paradis

La bergerie est un petit paradis. Nous y avons passé 3 merveilleuses semaines. Nous étions comme seuls au monde!! La maison a une âme et ça se ressent… piscine très agréable, maison qui reste fraîche malgré la chaleur extérieure. Notre chienne Maddy y a été très heureuse, attention cependant pour les gens qui ont des chiens à poils longs, j’ai passé 30 à 40 mn tous les soirs à la brosser pour enlever les herbes qui accrochent et faire la chasse aux épillets (très dangereux), mais quel bonheur de la laisser libre. ! L’apéritif, le soir , avec vue sur le coucher de soleil sur le Mont Ventoux… le top! Nous n’avons pas pu rencontrer les heureux propriétaires de la maison mais nos échanges au téléphone et par message étaient très sympathiques . Ciel superbe la nuit, spectacle d’étoiles filantes!!! Excellent boucher à saint Michel l’observatoire ainsi qu’une épicerie fine avec de délicieux produits… et pour les sportifs, de quoi randonner et faire du VTT..bref, vacances parfaites

La Semaine Formidable

Formidable et bien trop courte semaine à La Bergerie. Tout y était parfait. La région est magnifique, la bergerie un havre de calme où le temps passe trop vite et en repartir est difficile ! ( Attention quand même aux allergiques et enfants, car il y a beaucoup de guêpes ). Y revenir c'est imposé rapidement !

Un petit paradis. L'endroit est très beau et calme. La bergerie est pleine de charme. On se sent chez soi. Jacques et Claudia sont des hôtes attentifs et chaleureux. Excellent pour des vacances en famille.

Magnifique cadre encore plus beau que sur les photos. La maison est superbe et idéalement équipée. Tout est pensé pour le bien-être des locataires . Endroit très calme. Durant la semaine de canicule, nous avons apprécié la grande piscine ainsi que ses bains de soleil et les nombreuses endroits ombragés. Les propriétaires sont agréables et discrets. Seul bémol : une invasion de mouches quotidienne pendant notre séjour.

Pour les amoureux de la Nature et du calme

Tout d'abord Location conforme au descriptif. Superbe location dans un décor magnifique. Rien ne manque dans l'équipement. Le confort est présent avec toutes les commodités y compris le Wifi pour les accros qui ne peuvent déconnecter. La piscine et l'espace pour se détendre. Repos assuré. Si vous aimez les balades on trouve son bonheur, si vous préférez le farniente comme nous, on est servi. Mon chien citadin a été ravi. Le seul problème hélas le temps passable mais là personne ne peut commander le ciel. Il faut bien des petits défauts, location, adaptée à 2 familles avec enfants plutôt que 3 couples, 2 chambres mitoyennes à l'étage. Le prix peut être? Location à recommander.
