The staff was kind and professional, especially Georgina, who helped us find an excellent room after the first one they assigned us only had a partial view of Lake Balaton. "Very lovely and accommodating staff. The hotel is well decorated, clean, smells good, great music played in the restaurant, and bedrooms perfect. Only negative comment is the heating. Was too hot for my liking. Tired to turn down the AC and it was broken. It’s hard sleeping on 27 degree bedrooms. Had to sleep with the door open "
