Welcome to Bode's Bunkie – a tiny slice of heaven with mountain views and private lake access on beautiful Koocanusa. Sitting on the north side of our property, our stylish new tiny house offers everything you need for a memorable getaway. This tiny packs a big punch, with amenities including outdoor living space, a kitchen and beautiful bathroom, stacked washer/dryer, outdoor barbecue/grill, fire pit, air conditioning, and more. We can't wait to welcome you into our stylish retreat!

Really enjoyed my stay here. Was going for an event and the owners were very prompt in responding to questions I had. Very helpful and residence had pretty much all the basics needed for a couple days/night stay. Perfect size for a small group of 2-3 and beautiful location. Would 10/10 go back!

Great trip

Visited with my husband and young child. The bunkie was was really cute and very clean. The hosts were great and easy to contact. We had a great time using the fire pit in the evening and the location is really close to Abayance Bay Marina and Rexford Bench public beach - definitely a 5/5 on location and stay!

Fantastic!

Very clean and did a great job with the build itself. Kristy and Tim were very gracious hosts and provided us with everything. Short walk down to a beautiful private cove, the marina and a path into Rexford ( try the frontier bar as well for food and drinks. Definitely recommend!

This was a cute little cabin! It was a nice break from the typical hotel and was very clean. However, my husband and I both found it difficult to get a good night’s sleep because the bed wasn’t very comfortable and the heating system was not the greatest. I ran out of hot water while showering when I was the first person to use the hot water that day. It was also a bit inconvenient to not have a sink in the bathroom. But, if you are looking for a cabin in the woods and to “glamp it”, this would be perfect for you.

Very cute

The place was really super clean. The bed was comfy, was stocked full of fresh linens. The only problem I had with it was the location and driving out of the driveway. It’s a little bit difficult, especially if you are elderly. Also I would suggest putting numbers on the house so you know you are at the correct place. We went to the wrong one at first and somebody picked us up on their ring camera… oops!Lovely little quiet place to stay.
