"The owner was very responsive to questions with quick replies. He was also very accommodating with adding extra days and providing things that we needed throughout the week. The property was awesome! The pictures do not do the property justice; the boat house was incredible with 2 slips with lifts as well as 2 lifts for jet skis and a full-size deck on both sides. No matter where the sun was, there was shade available if you wanted it. There were a kayak and paddle available as well, which worked out great as we only brought 1 kayak and a paddle board for the two of us. The Family Circle grocery store in Kingston is around 25 minutes from the property, and it's open until midnight. There is some shopping available in Kingston, but Knoxville is only an hour away, there is plenty to do and see there. Chattanooga is just over an hour away as well.Woodland Cove, the cove the property is located on was really nice. It was pretty quiet while we were there, not a lot of boat traffic nor rowdiness. Very chill for the most part. If you kayak to the main lake or the channel, be careful, you may have to deal with large wakes.Overall, this was an excellent place to stay and I would definitely revisit. The only issue was that the king mattress was too soft for my husband. He ended up on the pullout a couple nights then on the pullout mattress on the floor, the pullout is not really made for larger folks. The mattress was fine for me.Huge thanks to Steven for his hospitality!"

"The house is right on the water away from the rat race of the lake. Being able to throw a line out right from the back porch was why we booked this house. Our family really enjoyed the views and quietness of being there. The house was clean and had everything you would need. We did grocery shop at the Kroger in town and never needed to leave the house. It was the perfect get away for the weekend. Hannah was great at getting back to me with any questions I had."

"The primary reason it was not an "excellent" stay was the floors were filthy, our feet were black and we had to wear socks or shoes the whole time. There were bugs everywhere inside and out. The grass was not kept up which made it difficult for the small wedding. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and we enjoyed being able to gather as a family. The game room was fun for the kids, and they enjoyed sleeping in there. The rooms were otherwise comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was a perfect size and fit our needs. Thank you for allowing us to stay."

"The place is awesome for a big family or a couples trip who are looking for a relaxing getaway with wonderful amenities. Directly on the lake with a dock. Boat ramp right around the corner. Clean. Plenty of room. Great communication with host. Hot tub needed a little maintenance at the beginning of the stay but host got someone out right away. Host even bought the family lunch via a partial refund for the trouble. Highly recommend and the family is already talking about coming back again next summer."
