Renting this property would be a relaxing and affordable Northern Wisconsin getaway.

This 3 story cabin is located on 2 private wooded acres just outside the Eagle River city limits, making it walking distance to Silver Lake Beach. Silver Lake Beach includes a playground for kids, swimming area with on-duty lifeguards, and fishing pier. Public access to the Chain of Lakes lies less than a half mile away from this home. In addition, down town Eagle River, with its quaint shops, is a minute drive away or even within walking distance. The property is tucked away providing peace, quietness, and ample space for outdoor enjoyment. Sit around the outdoor camp-fire or enjoy a cup of coffee on the deck in the morning. Enjoy watching the deer as they come through the lawn on a daily basis.

Inside you will enjoy a beautiful and spacious open-concept cabin boasting 3 fireplaces and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms! The house has recently underwent a complete renovation, making it very modern and up-to-date. The main floor contains a spacious living area with wood burning fireplace, access to the outdoor deck, large kitchen with bar stool counter and seating for four, kitchen table with seating for 8, and a half bathroom containing a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom and bathroom combo is located on the second floor, with the bedroom containing a gas fireplace and walk out balcony. Two other bedrooms are upstairs with a shared full bathroom between. The basement is completely finished with a large open sitting area with wall mounted TV, gas fireplace, queen bed, kitchenette, and full bathroom.

Many attractions are available during the winter months too! Eagle River is labeled the Snowmobile Capital of the World and hosts the World Championship Snowmobile Derby. Snowmobiles can access Eagle River Trail #1 at Eagle Lake less than 2 miles down the road. It is legal to drive on the road in our township and the roads are generally covered with a good layer of snow throughout winter. Ask the owner to email directions to the snowmobile trail.


Other outdoor winter sports and activities include pond hockey, Klondike Days, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and ice-fishing.

Great place for big group!

Great stay, love the access to the garage and the ample space for family and friends to all have their own sleeping spots! nice hang out spots and nice kitchen. Would recommend.

Great place, pleasure to stay here

The rental was very clean and welcoming immediately upon walking in. Plenty of space for a bigger crew. We were comfortable for our entire stay. The location also makes getting around a breeze. We were just a walk from Silver Lake Beach and the T-Docks. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place in Eagle River to stay.

Great place to stay close to downtown

Perfect place to stay that is close to Eagle River. It is very easy to get to and well maintained and clean. Plenty of space for our whole family. We did not use any of the outdoor amenities as we had winter weather, but the setting is beautiful. Lots of deer visitors throughout the day. We definitely would stay again.

Girls weekend - Cranberry Fest

The perfect place for a get away! Minutes from Eagle River but feels like you are miles away from all the activity. Private, quiet and very clean. Another plus is the wildlife. Lots of beautiful deer on the property.

Great spot near town

Our group stayed at the cabin for the opening weekend of deer hunting. It's the perfect location, quick to get to when pulling into town, close to town for dinner or groceries, and plenty of room for a couple of cars to park. This is the second year staying at the property for deer season and we're considering using it again in 2024.

A bunch of teachers hanging out in the northwoods! What a beautiful place to stay! The house was well equipped, cozy, and comfy! A beautiful setting! We so deer every day in the backyard that were very friendly! We hope to stay here again next year!

The location was as described, except for the fact that getting to the public beach wasn’t possible due to the fact that the road was closed due to road construction. The detour took us miles away from the public beach.We were there for a family reunion, and this was a problem. The firepit was left in a deplorable condition due to dirty skewers and cigarette butts. We were entertained by the visiting deer. I did not walk up to the fire pit until check out, and saw it then.Our host, Chis, was very accessible and responsible when I called.The inside of his house, was immaculate, and my family enjoyed staying there.Certain events one can’t control.
