Cosy apartment at the quiet village of Kalavarda.If you wish to have sea view from your private terrace and mountain view from your back yard, to lye on your sunbeds and enjoy the peace by watching beautiful sunsets then you have found your perfect place!It has a fantastic view for the Kiters who wish too see if there is wind and what is going on any time at the beach.Ideal for families as we can offer you baby cot,safety plugs,baby eating seat and toys. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with aircondition, a bathroom with a bathtub,a kitchen with sofa and dining area, sunbeds and outdoor dining area at your sea view terrace and dining area also at the back yard with the herbs.Barbeque facilities are also available for anyone who wants to use them.The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenette,coffee maker,sandwich maker,kettle,microwave,fridge and all the required things a kitchen needs.

There is easy access to a bus stop (50m),which connencts the village with the centre of Rhodes town and Old Town,but we can also arrange for you to rent bicycle,motorbike or car if you wish.
Little restaurants, a mini market, gas station and a coffee bar are from 1' until 5' away walking distance.
It is the ideal spot for someone who would wish to combine being able to go around and visit the busy sightseeing of Rhodes but coming back to stay at his own quiet place.
