  • Green Pearl Villa is located on the south side of Rhodes island 100 meters from a the beach and near Gennadi village.
    The villa grounds are directly bordering the long stretched beach. A short walk through a private path leads to private umbrellas and beach chairs. The water is crystal clear and you can swim safely.
    Green Pearl Villa is a corner villa, one of the 3 Pearl Villas complex.
    Each villa comes with its own private pool suitable for families, couples or groups. The villa sleeps up to 6 adults, 7 guests overall.
    It has an amazing outdoor area and sun-deck on a spacious lounge with sofas, SAT TV, Wi-Fi etc.
    The space
    It has a fully equipped kitchen/dining room, and amazing views of the balconies on the top floor. The villa has full sea view and it is equipped to the highest standards. The Villa has an open space living/dining room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
    Two bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedrooms with 2 single beds.
    An extra bed is available at the third room, upon request.
    A private pool ensures a relaxing time during your stay. Hot water is solar heated with immersion heater backup if needed. Green Pearl Villa promises a relaxing, quality holidays for couples, families, groups and those who seek memorable holidays.
    The villa is located in a rural area, secluded and peaceful. Although distances on the island are short, a car is considered essential. At the nearby Gennadi village (4 km) village you will find a wide variety of shopping as well as countless restaurants with local and international dishes.

Perfect little house

It was just perfect for us as a group to stay in Rhodos. The house was exactly like the pictures, the pool was great and we had our own beach which was like 4 minutes of walking from the house. You can buy groceries within a car drive which was like 5 minutes. Great restaurant es in this area too! We loved it !

Fußläufig zum Strand

Die Unterkunft hat alle unsere Erwartungen erfüllt. Georgios ist ein wanderbarer Host, der uns vom ersten Moment an so freundlich empfangen hat. Er war so nett, einige Dinge von seinem Feld und lokale Köstlichkeiten mit uns zu teilen. Er hat uns sogar Gurke zum Strand gebracht. Unfassbar freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus war absolut sauber und super eingerichtet. Einige Dinge waren sogar ganz neu (Grillrost). Wir haben gerne gekocht und den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Sonnenschirme und Liegen, die am Strand für uns bereit standen. Es gab auch eine Dusche am Strand. Allerdings sollte man wissen, dass die Unterkunft an einem Steinstrand (mit sehr klarem Wasser!) liegt. Strandschuhe sind empfehlenswert. Der einzige Kritikpunkt sind die etwas unbequemen Betten. Wir würden wiederkommen!

Super schöne Zeit

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Die Kommunikation war immer gut und wir haben immer schnell eine Antwort bekommen bei Fragen. Die Lage an der Straße ist nicht sonderlich störend und da wir meist eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren und Abends nicht so viel Verkehr ist, war das für uns überhaupt kein Problem. Dimitrios oder seine Frau haben immer nach dem Rechten geschaut und uns auch mit frischem Obst (Feigen & Granatapfel) aus ihrem Garten versorgt. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen

This beautiful villa is set in a stunning location, with amazing views. A car is essential. Communication prior to arrival and throughout our stay was excellent. Very spacious accommodation and pool area, with very easy and close access to the beach. Visited surrounding area but always returned to the Gennadi centre which had everything we required perfect for a family holiday. Would highly recommend

Had an awful ex perience trying to pay the balance after the Initial deposit. Ended up paying cash.

The property was superb & the hosts looked after us like family. Overall super holiday but defo need a car as nothing for 4.5 km. Thanks

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage

Alles in Einem sehr gut, die Lage perfekt, fast am Strand. Eigener Pool. Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das einzige was uns etwas zu schaffen gemacht hat, sind die Federkernmatratzen gewesen… Sonst haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, extrem freundliche Gastgeber. Einzig die Straße stört ganze leicht. Aber es kommt vll. 1 Auto alle 5 Minuten. Sehr schöner Pool. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Tolles Haus, schöner Pool, Privalstrand super schön und einsam. Für Ruhesuchende genau richtig. Mit dem Auto ist ganze Insel erkundbar. Wahnsinnig herzlicher Empfang von griechischem Ehepaar!

Very Impressive villa

overall the villa along with the island was stunning. very well located and well equipped. the beach was amazing and is a total amazing asset of the villa. owners where great and looked after us really well. only thing I could say is that we could have done with a few more pillows on the beds but that's just a preference. overall this villa is definitely worth every penny its up for and I travel to villas every year for past 10 years min of once a year upto 3 and this is by far the best.

Des Vacances très agréables

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans une des 3 maisons. La maison était très propre, très agréable. L'accès à la plage privée était super. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, au petit soin et très sympas et ont toujours un petit geste touchant. Nous avons passé des vacances extras ! Je recommande sans hésitation cette villa.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location, la gentillesse des propriétaires et leur accueil chaleureux. La maison est neuve, confortable, parfaitement équipée. La piscine est un "plus" indiscutable même si la mer est toute proche (200M environ comme indiqué dans l'annonce). A l'arrivée, le frigidaire était garni de différentes boissons, des fruits et des gâteaux nous attendaient. Pendant le séjour, nous avons reçu des fruits du jardin, du vin et du pain "maison", de la moussaka et des poissons tout préparés. Les propriétaires sont proches, très disponibles et "aux petits soins" pour leurs locataires. J'ai déjà recommandé cette location à un ami.
