  • Built in 2004, in a superb location at St Nicolas (Navarone) Bay, Lindos, adjacent to the famous village (1500m). Incorporating traditional local qualities with hi-spec modern finishes / equipment and set in a generous stone walled garden, with private pool. The enviable location offers tranquility without isolation and benefits from spacious, picturesque surroundings and a comfortable proximity to all local facilities and neighbouring resorts. The contemporary interior has full air conditioning, and consists of a large, comfortable open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen / diner, both opening onto pool terrace and gardens. 2 lower level bedrooms opening onto the sunken rear courtyard and 3rd mezzanine (bed) room opening onto roof terrace. 2 bath / cloakrooms. Superb lawned garden and spacious, furnished pool terrace, with both open and semi-covered pergolas and a traditional Greek barbecue area.
