Perfect Location 10/10 Room comfort/cleanliness/decor 10/10 Staff 11/10, so friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast 4/10. Hot food not replenished enough so eggs and bacon either cold or none left. Pastry selection not great although the Greek breakfast and spinach pie was great. Music venue opposite not an issue with noise. This is our second visit to the hotel and had a fantastic holiday!

The hotel has got incredible staff.always willing to help and very friendly. The location is right in between the old and new part of town which was perfect for us. Bus station is close as well and a car rental next door. The only downside was the breakfast which was elaborate, but not very tasty. There are many breakfast places close to the hotel though, so that was a good alternatIve for us.

The hotel was lovely. Reception called us when our room was ready since we arrived early which was appreciated. The hotel is modern, well cared for and clean. The view from the sea-view balcony was wonderful. Our room was spacious with lots of counter space and room for our luggage and clothes. The bathroom was super clean and plenty of counter space as well. The bed was very comfortable. The room had a kettle and mini fridge. The mugs provided were large; a simple thing but it makes a difference. We had great customer service from the young woman at the front desk who arranged our rental car; the hotel is owned by a travel agency and they have their own car rental so the car was at the front door for us the next morning and we only needed to provide a US driver's license. No paperwork, just $30 Euros for the day. When we returned that night, the front desk clerk was equally helpful and so we turned the car in to him right then. At this point the front desk staff had been very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good with plenty of options. NOTE: You must book from a booking site; this hotel does not allow for walk-ins. We needed to stay an extra day due to the ferry schedule so I asked the front desk to extend our stay. Nope, she said I'd have to use a booking site. I asked for help. Nope, she said she couldn't help me. I was unable to find a room. We left and I booked with another hotel. I was so disappointed; an uncaring front desk clerk just ruined a wonderful stay

The hotel is located just between old town and new town rhodes so its a perfect location for a stay. The best parts of rhodes are within 5-15 mins walk away. And if you want to travel to other parts of the island (without renting a car), rhodes old town central bus stop is 3 mins walk from the hotel. The hotels staff (specially ghe two ladies at the reception) are polite, knowledgeable and very helpful. They were always happy to guide us, resolve issues and help with our questions about the island. Hotel is clean and well maintained. The only con pf the hotel is, facilities are limited. Its a simple 4 star hotel. But its also wel priced so if you want a place to sleep and keep as a home base while you travel rhodes, this is a perfect hotel. Would highly recommend.

Great stay with a few small blemishes

Overall a really nice place in new town, close to the water and old town. Staff were super friendly, but unfortunately there were 4 small downsides. 1- lots of noise from the pub across the road late into the night. 2- we had a power blackout on our second morning that lasted quite some time. 3- the safe didn’t work 4- the balcony lock was broken, meaning our room was essentially unlocked (not great when coupled with the safe not working). We informed the staff about 3 & 4, but they didn’t supply us with solves and we basically had to live with it. All that said, we enjoyed our stay, the bed was super comfy and Rhodes was wonderful.

Nicely renovated hotel in Neochori Rhodos. Could not be better located. Our room was VERY nice. Spacious and modern. Lovely big balcony. Superfast wifi. What more…. Starbucks just across the road. We did not have breakfast. Well done! Bravo!
