Discover the homely interiors with dark beam ceilings and whitewashed walls. A fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table is the ideal space to whip up a feast to enjoy at a lazy pace under the covered terrace. In the lounge area, you'll find comfortable seating posing the perfect place to sink into after a long day. Spread across a single floor, the villa also has three air conditioned bedrooms, and 2 shower rooms. We imagine you'll spend most of your time at Kalimera Villa by the Sea, enjoying the great outdoor space it has to offer. A sizeable covered terrace offers shelter from the blazing sunshine whilst the glistening pool invites you to take a cooling dip. Within the lush garden, you will find a variety of fresh fruits growing, including oranges, lemons, bananas and figs, plus plenty of grape vines!

Gennadi is a relaxed resort in comparison to some, you'll still find plenty of local amenities such as markets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and the beach within walking distance. Prasonisi is one of the most impressive beaches on the island, and just a 30-minute drive away should you fancy a day out. Another nearby treasure is Lindos town, which is home to the stunning Acropolis and idyllic beaches.

Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 80cm wide. The terrace is flat and tiled, whilst there is a step down all around the patio onto the lawn area. This can be seen in the images. The pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground-floor property where the double bedroom door is 75cm wide and the ensuite door is 63cm wide.
